I'm kind of annoyed that my link to the RM site where they had complements of men to ships is now a dead link; I think they included sixth-rates. I'd hazard the same as a fifth-rate of 24 guns, because it'd be about 20 men. (Roughly one man per gun.) Sixth-rates aren't in my original source for that table, which is... typical.
